Mother’s Day is an important day for family members. All children take this opportunity to express their gratitude to their mothers. However, for victims who have died of crimes, they can no longer bear the love and filial piety to their mothers. This festival is full of regret and sentimentality for Xinsheng  mothers .                                                             

On 108/7/3  inspector Li Cheng-Han because of official duties, self-reliance in the Taiwan Railway train Chiayi station killed, his father Li Zeng-Wen always be present at the hearings, and then wait until the judicial decision that is not yet passed away. Li's mother, Ms. Zhang Xiu-Zhen, has lost two beloved family members in a row , and has never been able to spend Mother's Day with her beloved. On the eve of Mother’s Day , Taiwan Chiayi District Prosecutors Office , Chief Prosecutor Zhang Xiao-wen, and the Consortium for the Protection of Victims of Crime, Taiwan Chiayi Branch Chairman Lin Mu Chuan, especially with the Registrar Wu Guoan, and other staff went to show concern for Ms. Zhang Xiu-Zhen, and instead of inspector Li Cheng-Han who died in the line to convey their love for Li's mother. Chief Prosecutor Zhang chatted with Li's mother , caring about Li's life and health. Li's mother also expressed gratitude to the Chiayi District Prosecutor and Taiwan After-Care Association Chiayi Branch for their long-term care.

In this Mother's Day care activity, Chief Prosecutor Zhang and Director Lin personally took "love and warmth, sending care" as the main theme, sending warmth to home and making up for the shortcomings of the "consummation" of Xinsheng  family .
