Taiwan Chiayi District Prosecutors Office conducts anti-drugs and fraud awareness campaign

Real cases and interactive dialogues allow students to deeply understand the dangers of drugs and fraud

 In order to strengthen young people's understanding of drugs and fraud traps and prevent them from being caught, Taiwan Chiayi District Prosecutors Office assigned Probation Officer Lu to go to Chiayi County Yijhu Junior High School to conduct a rule of law education campaign on “anti-drugs and fraud awareness” on this 14th April.

 During the event,Probation Officer Lu used vivid real-life cases to engage in interactive dialogues with the students, emphasizing that emerging drugs such as Etomidate are often disguised as e-cigarettes, which can easily lead to young people's inadvertent exposure to drugs in ignorance, jeopardizing their physical and mental health, and even violating the law as a result.

Probation Officer Lu encourages students to resist temptation, develop proper values and interpersonal judgment, and not to leave the law to chance out of curiosity or greed.

Taiwan Chiayi District Chief Prosecutor Tsai Tzung-Shi also said, will continue through the school tour propaganda, deepening the rule of law and anti-drug education, so that more young people have the ability to recognize drugs, fraud prevention, in order to create a safe and healthy social environment efforts.
