Defendant Lin ○A obtained 307 marijuana seedlings from somewhere in Yunlin County on a day before February 8, 2024, and transported them to a rental house in Zhuqi Township, Chiayi County in a small truck for his own use or rent, and then took the marijuana plants and The fertilizers, culture soil, planting bags, pesticide sprayers, gauze, LED lamps and other equipment used for planting were moved into the house, and labor was divided into sorting and caring for the cannabis plants in this case.
